hi guys.. i need to buy a laptop very urgently.. i do motion graphics and some 3d stuff..but i dont think i would be rendering 3d on my laptop as i have a desktop at home...i need a laptop so that i can do my freelance job at my full time office.. my office pc is going to die soon....i think im gonna go buy it tomorrow..

1. brand - Any good brand, i noticed a lot of ppl talking about asus and toshiba.. as long as it doesnt give me problems..
2. budget - less than 3k..
3. specs - im quite comfy with my desktop, which is i7 quad, 1gb gpu, 4gb ram...anything close or similar would be great..
4. Size - the bigger the better.. haha..

thanx TJ... i just checked the delivery time for the vostro, its going to take 10-15 days, is there any shop that i can go to and get it on the same day?

thanx again... 5-6 days still a lil too long for me.. as i need to use it starting this monday..

im checking out all the other alternatives and that asus looks yummy..i will pm devour n see if he has any 1 of your recommendations...if i had the time to wait for few days, i'd prefer to get the vostro or asus...but anything will do, as long as i can do my work... thanx TJ
