think developer's track record ain't that great.
do a check on diamond on whether it's late delivery or not. and okr 28, just a few shoplots also took them quite some time when shoplots can be constructed in about1 to 1.5 years time. anyway, the slower they built, the more they need to pay for both DIBS and LAD. just as long as they complete and also pay for the delays is sufficient. only worried is that they don't pay up. |
