the location is walking distance to ktm station. acess wise it is located much nearer to the main road but not deep like semarak.

initially i actually think of the project is not too great as well. but after look into more detail and beanchmark from other current nearby condo, i understand y is selling well.

im very supprice when ppl say this project is selling cheaper in price but dun know they realise or not, in terms of per square feet, it is selling expensive.

how come? the kim realty sa serve me me very nice ler. think u bad luck meeting the wrong sa. but if dun satisfy then request for another sa lor...

since their completed (years ago) diamond residency also not bad, i think they should able to deliver what they promise for amara. comparing with the zest, amara facade look much nicer wor rclxms.gif

though no idea what is actually happening, but isn't it less logic for a 5% discount together with dibs deveopment to abandon the project just right after piling?

but if really abandon the project now (touch wood), still consider lucky rather than building 90% completed than only abandone lor...

hope the developer able to deliver it well...jia yuo~

most of the props apprecaite well in this few years, but not only ts and axis...if ts and axis is the classic valuable condo, maybe its not the time yet to reflect the true value of them? or i should say there r opportunities, with good ground work and high potential...

the way of managing ipad collection is very bad...simple thing like this also cause so many problem...wat to do if the developer wan to spoil their own reputation...

wonder how they manage to build condo while not even able to manage ipad collection properly?

construction is much slower than expectation...if they really not capable to deliver it, pls stop it now rather than after 1 or 2 years then only tell us to abandon the project...
