I don’t know why some of ppl here just concern abt their ipad, most of the buyer for this project is young ppl, they don’t know how serious are the consequence of this project turn to abundance project. Your ipad only worth how much? Your unit worth how much? 1 yr since launching until now, and is only done on the foundation. Wake up guys, this project sure have something wrong. I’m so worry this project will turn to abundance project and end up we all paying interest to bank for nothing. Is became serious now.

though no idea what is actually happening, but isn't it less logic for a 5% discount together with dibs deveopment to abandon the project just right after piling?

but if really abandon the project now (touch wood), still consider lucky rather than building 90% completed than only abandone lor...

hope the developer able to deliver it well...jia yuo~

My Semarak condo nearby almost complete la...
this Amara project so slow ya (accordingly to the photo)...
2 more months for ipad3?

Actually you spoke the right issue ...

My friends, the bankers, told me this project has a lot of young buyers and investors, and most of them buy this just because of affordable pricing, discount and somemore got FREE iPad ...

I can't imagine what is the sales value if there is no free ipad given ...

Actually Amara is a good buy even with no free ipad1-3.

location wise is pretty good. easy for renting out also.

LOLz.

Ipad is merely a freebie and it already count in your price price...so not a big deal if the "youngster" concerns on the Ipad3...

Since these buyers choose this project then pls be confident and do actions to alert the Developers.

I believe most of the buyers choose the condo not becos merely dibs & discount (this is now at anywhere) but put into consideration of reasonable price + facilities provided + below is retails shop + near to KTM Batu Caves (rather than none).

If all condo no discount or DIBS, I think most likely 99% of these launches would hardly reach 50% sales in 3 months time ... except those SOHO or Studio price point below RM 300k ...

I personally admit, I quite prefer to enter project with DIBS and 5-7% discount ... Yes, I prefer lower capital for lower entry as long as i feel it is a good buy and good location ... but DIBS value had been projected into purchase price by estimated 4.5% to 5.5%, so, it can curb a bit of the speculators of the higher price point ... same goes to 5% or 7% discount, which projected into the S&P price as well ...

Free air-cons and cabinets might interested me, but not iPad ...

well reasonable price - agree - 220psf where to find
facilities & facade - agree
retail shops - they will so fail, at best mediocre shops i expect
KTM - biggest draw for me at the price

ipad is a gimmick for them to kickstart the project. terms is getting spa ready within 1 month - developer's primary concern - securing the buyers

free air cond and cabinet - not afraid not to your liking? factored into price and you gotta take it wor wink.gif

actually retails could be possible can be survive and sustain...

1. This developer propose 5 storey office shoplot which will build nearby the Amara (according to their originally anticipated).
2. Dont forgot we have new going completed development Semarak & Penaga where nearby this Amara (less than 500 meter i guess).. These are Resident areas and confirm they will hang during nite time/ weekend /weekday.
If i am single and work late (ie 7-8pm)...i will have my dinner/or da pao at Amara retails shop/Restrautant/Cafe then go back my Semarak & Penaga.

Above is my personally assumption, so do you see it? Of course some of you might not agreed it.

Kien Fu, we know your fraustrate, but your statement on youngster merely concern on ipad3 seems to be unfair statement here.

no worry, we can always agree to disagree.

imho if the retails are just hanging on amara + semarak penaga alone, they will struggle, the road access into this area is not great.

even shops near usj good year court, they have plenty of population just from good year courts, but will they wong without mainstream audience. same for shops in taman taman ..
