the progress is extremely slow, im started to worry what my mom told me previously will really come true. at frist i wan to buy this property my parent advises me that this is not a good developer, as they have done a research on this developer is not committed, they asked me not to buy this property, there is a risk! i understand some of ppl will say, if they not meet the deadline to complete they have to pay us interest, but there is another question, will they really pay us?? yes, we can sue them if they not going to pay, but another question come out is, we sue them just for few thousand ringgit or maybe more than 10k, but what is the point if we sue them and we have to pay legal fee to sue them?? is it worth? hi guy, im here just to share out my opinion, now i really started to worry this developer.

Is it supposed to be VPin 2014? If it is, then the progress is a bit slow ....

It's very very slow.... this looks very risky

can we complaint?

even other progress such as m-city, bayu pandan jaya are much faster than us even though they launched after amara...god damn jaya megah!
