1) i believe there's another 2 more years for the construction to complete, will the developer pay us interest if the completion is delayed?
2) any idea by how many percent will the property price appreciate once its completed
3) how much can we rent it out?

regarding the ipad, i chose the new ipad, and i'm still waiting for them to revert.

amara is really a nice place and good value, can't wait for it to complete!

delay is due to disagreement between contractor (superstructure) and developer. The supersub contractor signed on was supposed to start in April but have pulled out. Anyways they've signed on a new contractor so keep your hopes up guys. Progress will be slow from ground floor to 4th/5th floor but after that it will go smoothly all the way to the top.

i think you guys will be pleased to hear that you'll be paying for a very well built condo. One of the reasons why progress is quite slow is also because the developer's engineers and consultants are very strict and conduct checks on the progress almost everyday. Especially on the foundation (piling and pilecap), the structure has to be done in proper as it is this structure that will be holding the whole building up.

After pilecap will come the first few floors which will progress slowly as well but when they reach the 4th to 5th floor, it's full speed all the way up.

i think you can only sue them if they abandon the job or did not complete it in time.

hi bro, i'm neither from consultant or developer team...

my company supplied the concrete for the pilecaps...whereby we are lobbying with the contractor to supply the concrete for the superstructure (all the way to the roof) as well. As a concrete manufacturer we've supplied to plenty of projects from houses/shoplots, bridges, malls, high rise, factories, and so on. But this developer is one of the toughest we've worked with due to their very stringent checks. This is good for all parties because buyers will get a very good finished product, developer's name will grow due to the quality of their works and suppliers like us will be able to further work together with the developer on their next project since they are already comfortable with us.
