Someone today posted the photos and videos taken from INSIDE the apartment, and seriously...it looks very bad....
Im a buyer myself, and sorry to say from the photos and videos of the quality inside... Its almost if not equal to LOW COST DBKL apartments.

Just view the video of the walk-around tour for yourself.

Im sure you would argue that (oh..have trust in the developer, not yet key handover etc etc). But at this stage and the video from INSIDE posted... You will agree that NO WAY it can be sold for 500k..

Its still not handed over yet, no worries dato neo Thats why developers dun like ppl to go in take fotos, cos before cleaning up & throwing all the debris, it looks awful. Even semid-d hse before handover, feels like ghost place cos of all the indon stuff left behind. Trust me.. once all sweep & wash, it will be different.

So far no one has posted fotos of the limestone hills from the pool deck, i think this will be an awesome feature. Cant wait to sit at the roof deck looking at KL & the hill. With the hill & vegetation, this will be a cool (temperature wise & metaphorially speaking) place to stay in.

If not for the 1000 sf size, i would be tempted to shift here. Regretting not getting the bigger units.

Btw, raintree also resemble low cost apartment from inside and it's going around 450k now. I wont be surprised if Amara can fetch more since the offered facilities are way better than raintree. 5 mins walking distance to KTM is a huge advantage though.

i saw the video. the interior wall looks smooth, only the floor is dirty. but this can be clean up once they do the cleaning job. so far everything looks good to me.

To all amara purchaser that was so worried of the quality..guys, i have personally go inside amara and viewed the unit and to be franked, the quality is ok, compared to the price psf that we paid for.. But it is different from the showed unit.. You can see the photo i have attached.. For me, i am ok with the quality and happy for it..
