In the official Amara Facebook Closed Group, somebody posted that they called Jaya Megah the developer, and was informed that key handover will be next month!
Despite being not fully ready yet. Is this even possible? Anyone here called the developer to clarify? A point was raised that is a tactic for the developer to avoid paying LAD. (By giving us the keys earlier). Very smart eh developer. |

Hi all! Anyone receive any letter/ SMS from bank for instalment started? I've just receive SMS from ambank that mine is due 5th this month. Hopefully, they don't charge interest as I didn't receive any notice

Hi AMARAns..
Wanna ask about Security System. As we knew that Amara equiped with 3-layer security system.. Is it the guard house located at the side of building? Looks very simple not at par for condo level.. Furthermore, developer will build up the proper boundry wall or just leave with the current green wall? |

Cant help sneaking in as i want to look at the limestone views. Still much rubbish everywhere, some units flooring not done yet, lots of touch-up needed everywhere, impossible this yr handover, good anyway since can claim penalty. Landscaping could be better, hardscape a bit outdated, anyway keeping in mind the price/value equation, should be thankful.
