You seemed the best candidate to talk to the developer since you flaunted some technical jargons. You can ask them the financials, make sure they allocated  enough of budget for a good quality finishing wink.gif
*
LOL... btw, i agree with you... the progress is much better now... perhaps a slight delay on completion but abandon project unlikely... by end of 2014, we will get our place to stay...

On a separate note, wonder what kind shop will be available for us, Amarians... 48 shops in total... hmmm... wink.gif

cehhh... myself to stay... guys, please don't rent it to foreigners if you plan to invest. It will add no value to your property... the same happened to Kepong Sentral...

P/S: I love everyone... not racist but telling the truth...

8 floors to go... I think they can complete it by the promised date... time to have rave party... near the pool area... infinity pool facing the YTL packaging company and the cave itself... Believe Batman's cave hidden somewhere around there...

Hi all..I need some advise here..Someone offer to purchase my property Amara RM300k.. Size 1000++ sqft.. Is it worth to let it go?
*
300k is a bad bad deal... I bought the last unit (cancellation unit) and even then my unit price is more than 300k (1051 sqft). I heard it can go up to 420k upon completion. More if we are lucky...

16 floors as of last Sunday... Not 21.. Progressing well, especially block B & C. Wonder how Amara security system will be.. 2 or 3 tier? That area need a very good surveillance and tight security system though...

Guys,

How much I have to pay penalty/tax (percentage maybe) if I plan to sell my unit?

Do you guys think I will lose a lot? I bought the 1011sq/ft unit and loan from RHB. Your feedback is much appreciated. Thanks.

I hope investors won't be greedy by renting their unit to foreigners, especially middle easterns and africans/nigerians. It will spoil the condo's value and we might be facing a lot of social issues too.

Take Kepong Sentral as a good learning lesson. Full of Nigerians/Africans where locals don't want to buy or rent in that place due to safety issue.

Use symphony heights and rain tree condo as benchmark lah
*
raintree rental for 1095 sq/ft (partially furnished) is going for RM 1.4K to RM 1.6K. Basic unit rental from RM 1.1K to 1.3K for same unit size..

*Source from Mudah.my

I believe Amara can go higher considering the walking distance to KTM and shops availability downstairs. Right?

Guys,

Any idea on the security features in Amara? In the booklet, it is stated as multiple tiers security. Hopefully 3 tiers.

Must have very good security features as outsiders will visit the shops at Amara Boulevard.

pricing difference more than RM100k wor.
amara from approx RM260psf onwards.
saville from approx RM340psf onwards.
difference of RM80psf or about 30% difference wor.

amara more like mass market mover product with ktm linkage.
saville more for upgraders and slightly upmarket tenants who is trying to shy away from PV .

Oppss sorry, mistaken Raintree for Seville. Good info though notworthy.gif .

What about Raintree and Amara? I heard some people are claiming that Amara is just a posh version of medium cost apartment. Can't link it anyway

Spoke to the Kim Realty PIC, she claim can finish it by promised date.. I'm very skeptical about it tongue.gif

looks great! For me, definitely a win-win situation if they can fulfill all the basic amenities as promised.

Balcony kind a near to each other with thin seperation in between. Anyways, still value for money smile.gif
