The lad calculation is snp price *0.1 a year? Means if buy rm288000, a month lad penalty only rm2400 only....

Looking good, the car park floors are humungous ! Looks like developer is doing something to mask it following current trend, 'stick' not big enuf but too big oso no good, parking decks become dark. But if it can sell for 500k, 2nd hand purchasers ought to be happy with the product. CAn sell 600k ? Better to sell or rent ?

check my SnP just now.... my Snp date is 3 Aug 2011. So now delay already 1 month. Maybe total delay will be 3 month? if delay 3 month... developer need to pay about rm7k...

Ya, Its gonna be at least another few months of delays judging by site works, but good $$ for owners. Overall looking good, only that developer could have done some facade designs on the downstairs shops, its too plain & looks low cost. The facility deck has been planted with trees. Good foresight by project, it should be green & lush come handover time.

The building is huge ! The cement plant doesnt stick out now, overshadowed by amara biggrin.gif

Road will gonna be jammed unless majlis upgrade to 4 lanes.

the road at this area is so bad, potholes and uneven road. it gets worse if u drive behind YTL cement lorry. as slow as handicapped snail

i) you should know what you are getting into before buying a unit here
ii) you shouldn't complaint much after buying a unit here unless you plan to stay.. but then again please refer to point i)
iii) or you must be an agent trying to highlight bad things about this project so people will sell below the market price.

Btw, still a good buy for the price we pay. Try getting 1000 sqft below 350k in KL/selangor area.

Then you have no choice to accept the fact as it's going for almost 500k now.

Your tickling issue may end up as a long term health concern.. lol.

P/s: I don't see a point for you to tarnish the condo's reputation (eventhough Amara is not so great la, let's accept the fact) unless you are a property agent, convincing the owners to sell below market price or you want to buy one but cannot afford now. Lol.. merely an assumption lor.. have a nice day.
