ii) you shouldn't complaint much after buying a unit here unless you plan to stay.. but then again please refer to point i)
iii) or you must be an agent trying to highlight bad things about this project so people will sell below the market price.

Btw, still a good buy for the price we pay. Try getting 1000 sqft below 350k in KL/selangor area.

Then you have no choice to accept the fact as it's going for almost 500k now.

Your tickling issue may end up as a long term health concern.. lol.

P/s: I don't see a point for you to tarnish the condo's reputation (eventhough Amara is not so great la, let's accept the fact) unless you are a property agent, convincing the owners to sell below market price or you want to buy one but cannot afford now.
