We should organize one dinner for those who live on east side

i thought u guys had the last one on the east side? hmm.gif hardrock not on the east side meh? or rather central..
QUOTE(seantang @ Aug 13 2011, 02:04 PM)
Yup. The students are drawn like bees to honey. Employers though, are thoroughly skeptical... especially when SMU has absolutely no pedigree to back up those students who naively believe that it's the school (rather than the quality of the student) that motivates employers to offer 5 figure freshie salaries.
*
there's certainly somekind of justification for employers to pay them that much... smu only offers business degrees and singapore being more of a financial hub now which offers services that comes with higher profit margin, no doubt these people gets paid higher

what you gonna work as after form5 ? better to continue your study and get a degree at least, the higher level of education the better.

if not you'll end up like some of us, hard labour with low pay.

Where is your work place?

Ignoring your work place, i would suggest you stay at jurong east as red and green line can be accessible there.

thanks for the reply. my workplace is in clementi, i found 2 places one near jurong east , one near pioneer, pioneer one is cheaper $50 per month, PUB included, facilities almost the same, but transportation cost $16/m more if i stay in the one near pioneer. is the time saving worth it based on your own experience.
