anyway yes it is in property agent's best interest to drive the prices higher. higher price = higher commission for them mah. but this is also supported by high demand - if got low demand high supply, agents however bullsh*t you also they got not much influence to increase prices.
bought my ipoh house for rm90k and subang jaya one for just slightly rm200k+
to get a small hdb, need to have S$100k cash, but the small one cannot cater for my growing family
still thinking buy small one 2rm and upgrade later or wait abit slightly longer one time pain go straight to those 5rm hdb, half mil leh
how is things with u ?
