Space was never an issue when it comes to the Camry, it's always famous for being one of the most spacious D-segment sedans available on the market today, so you haven't said anything that people don't already know.

Btw, I don't consider the Grand Livina or Honda Stream RSZ as MPV even though they are designed to have the same seating function of one. They drive more like a sedan than an MPV because of the way they were designed. I think it's the same case Mitsubishi Grandis. All of which, I believe are a far cry compared to the Naza RIA

after 4 month on my new 2.0G camry, there's a 'tik tik tik' sound coming from the engine if operates more than half an hour. some said that its the knocking sound. anyone have xperience that? any ideas on how to prevent the noise?very frustrated with the sound.

Yours is xv40 right.

Mine is 2.5v and has traveled for more than 12K km. So far no problem.

anyone know whats the best tyre to replace er33 bridgestone on camry xv40 2.0?don't want to use it again bcause it lose it silence n comfort quite fast n the handling is just average.i still want a comfort n silent biased but can offer good handling.been interested in michelin primacy lc ngr80 bridgestone.need help

What did u change to in the end? The best tyre in the market now is actually Goodyear Eagle F1 Assymetric 2 which is better than even the Michelin Pilot Super Sport. Assy2 is also cheaper. A 235-45-18 tyre costs about RM 890 compared to Michelin PSS which costs about RM1100 or more depending on location.

Did you change your blown Nexen tyre to the GEF1A2? Or did they replace it with another Nexen?

I wonder how reliable those reviews are for the GEF1A2? Have you any personal experience using those tires?

CSC5 is good, but rather expensive and reviews online also point to GEF1A2 as the better tyre but I wonder how reliable those reviews are.

Thinking of switching my tires once the thread wears out, that should at least be another 6 to 12 months from now. But that means, no more conti-seal protection :/

No personal experience with Assy2 tyres. But ive tried Michelin XM2 and was quite impressed compared to my previous crappy NCT5 tyres. So i would expect Michelin PSS to be much better and if reviews claim that Assy 2 is even better then i would be inclined to believe somewhat. Even Lim Tayar TTDI (my regular shop) admitted that Assy 2 is slightly better. And since the price is >200 cheaper, why not?

I'm scheduled to get my tires rotated there soon. They were saying CSC5 is pretty much one of the best tires right now but I wonder.

Michelin XM2 was default with my Altis. Over time noise performance and comfort went down as the thread wore out but I guess that's to be expected.
