Hi everyone, I'm new here and new to this forum as well, just sign the offer letter from bank yesterday and looking forward to be part of you.
I have one question, hope it is not silly for me to ask here. Understand that this project is DIBS, is this means no matter what rate bank offer, developer will also perform this DIBS OR the rate for 1st 3 years must at least BLR -2.4? |
