Client signed OL > banker inform developer > developer inform lawyer > lawyer call client; this process take ~ 3 days for Ambank.

I 50% agreed with Macho comment but also 50% agreed with ex660 because myself also have learn a lesson for trusting some companies goodwill. Unexpected things do happen from time to time, without the B&W we are not protected...

But again, emotion (love X2 too much) defeat reality (B&W).

After the 35% discount, is ~ MYR7K+ But the amount is depend on your loan amount.

Is 99 years but the 99 is start from year 2000.

Sabar... Have to find out first, hopefully is typo error/maybe they forgot to amend the date.
