I like the spacious built-up for X2, the facilities, 3 parking, DIBS... rclxms.gif
but the flor plan layout is ok only (coz ventilation, lighting), bath tile, not much freebee
(mayb the Samik boss will consider after reading this, haha rclxm9.gif )

I m wondering how they r going to build undepass with the LDP in the way, dig under the LDP? Flyover ramp should possible lah.

Even if they build anything should'nt it be to the maju jaya/utama main road and not directly to Millenia's car park?

I hope that what millenia developer say is no BS abt the underpass, same to their GRR for this MSquare shopping mall and Hatten City.

I think they are building something that benefiting them and the commercial that they trying to build. Unless others developer willing to share cost, otherwise don't really think they will connect to underpass to main road.

for leasehold.. say wat will happen after 99 yrs? the gov will reclaim the land and demolish the condo ? IF they need the land for some construction purpose?

Building a flyover ramp may cost 10 millions and that is just connecting to nearest spot on the oppossite side. Building an underpass all the way abt 1km to millenia car park is unimaginable.

I've been to their sales launch, I think the developer is full of BS.

The direct ramp connection is part of the LDP upgrade package and there will be 10 ramps to be built along the LDP stretch for the next 5 yrs.

One of it is the ramp near Tractor Malaysia to reduce bottle neck fr puchong perdana that jam the LDP all the way back to PBP.
Ppl who travel to inner puchong and cyber/putra can use the ramp to bypass tractor bottle neck.

I bet it will be a ramp in the end and and it is not built by millenia, the underpass is another BS.

The SA told me that for all leasehold residential prj developer has to reapply for 99 years contract b4 hand over the key to customer.
