To home owners @ SH. I would advice you to check your defects thoroughly before the DLP is over.
I had quite a number of defects and some of them from the top of my head - 1) Major leaking problems in different parts of the house. 2) Drain blockage 3) Various wiring problems 4) Broken tiles in various different areas 5) Aluminum door problems 6) Cracks on walls 7) Worn out paint, especially the court yard area 8) smart home switch issues 9) wood flooring damages 10) permanently stained tiles 11) Water heater issues that's all i can think of, for now. You need to check everything thoroughly and vent your disappointment to UEM or else they always blame one another. especially there are multiple parties involved. Such as 1) The Management 2) Project Handover Department (PHD) 3) Project Team 4) Contractor 5) Sub Contractors. Hope this helps. |

Hopefully UEM Sunrise puts extra effort in rectifying these kind of defects before handing over to buyers in future...I had quite a number of defects and some of them from the top of my head - 1) Major leaking problems in different parts of the house.
