Recent rebate for limited units were sapued kering kering. Whenever there was unit dropoff due to loan reject there was taken by ppls from waiting list. 1.1xm is seriously a value buy. Last check with the sales person, only left a corner unit which is around 200k more. The rest is priced at 1.3mil already after rebate. 1.6mil is a bit hard to clear at this market. Anyway, no flipping game anymore. Buyer need to change the investment mindset nowadays. Good days were gone. Reality kick in. Hold x 3. CCC masterplan looks great.

Judging by UEM's aggressive campaign to clear inventory, I think likely the rest of the Schubert units will eventually get to enjoy a similar package as the first 40 units priced at around RM1.15m. Once the full bookings are converted to SPA, it would mean all landed houses in Symphony hills would've been sold except for a few Beethoven and Schumann units.

wow..successful campaign. if u look at the final net price, its still RM 1 million plus, and properties at that price rarely sell like hot cakes..this shows people are still confident with the development and cyberjaya overall.

Cyberjaya is a great place in the making, if its goes in the right direction. Still must be careful with the type of developments and infrastructure. CCC is a good example of good planning, need more office and commercial place together with public transport (HSR/MRT etc) to sustain cyberjaya...

Hi.. anyone here got good contractors/ID to recommend for Mozart renovation? Thanks

You can try checking out this symphony hills community link:
Symphony Hills Clubhouse

There are some owners there with postings of their renovation pictures and vendor details. You can probably post the same question there as well.

Symphony hills SA like to pretend all sold out.

then they will say " I got 1 available unit, willing to sell".

Not controlled by UEM, the SAs think of personal interest and sell above value.

Yes it far however with MEX the traveling time is short.
Alternatively, you can catch ERL too.
ERL to KL Sentral then MRT to KLCC is abt 40 mins (station to station).
Hassle free and nice ride with ERL.

Just bought my first car last year, Eye on property now. But I have no chance to meet with SA due to lack of experience and property knowledge.
But just went to IOI City mall last week, get to know that some project no need to pay Down payment because currently having some kind of Discount.
But forgot to ask about monthly installment. LOL

here you go..
http://www.calculator.com.my/home-loan-cal...or#.VktKYSvFjCs

interest rate is about 4.45 now.
net income minus current and new installment and you have 2.5k-3k pocket money left per month, sure get approved IMO.

and yes, lot of new development is going zero down payment, freebies, etc... as currently it is winter for property market. good and bad, some said dont touch, some saying gogogo.
