Just went to symphony hills show room and view both schubert and schumann 2, i'm thinking of buying schubert Type A any advice?

It's around 1.62 mil

and compare with mozart subsale which is more recommended?

Yes own stay. But I found out subsales price seem much more cheaper compare with developer units. Anyway I will check the bank value for the property tmr hahaha since I'm the banker. I suspect developer unit selling above bank value that's why they give many discount but no point if the price is higher, by the way I just drop by sejati have a look, found out their layout seem better but security is not as good as symphony hills

Hahaha i just back from sejati, i'm wearing slipper, short pants and sleeveless blouse only haha.. but surprisingly they entertain me. Found out the security wise for sejati is not as tight as symphony hills, and for their house actually size is bigger and build up is bigger, in fact selling price is cheaper per sq ft but it's around 1.6 mil also before discount after discount should be around 1.4mil

not really, subsale alot bumi lot so they can sell in cheaper price and subsale first phrase when they buy back is below 1 mil so they can actually sell it in cheaper price.

Areca under Setia Haruman ah? Hahaha for own stay so I better goes for either sejati or symphony hills. I only visit sejati and symphony hills as I only want this two area.. For garden residences I worry next time have mrt the traffic will be very congest but very frank garden residence semi d is selling at 1.5 mil for first phrase haha which is much more cheaper. So narrow down only sejati or symphony hills but also dilemma choosing either one 😖

Sejati cheap because their maintenance fees included club house which is around 300 while symphony hills is rm525 haven't include club house which is around rm200 per months. But of course SH security is much more better

Yes the maintenance fees is a very big concern for me right now.. I worry once i retire there will be burden for me to pay such high maintenance fees sad.gif

Besides that i found out there's one issue happening in garden residences and summerglades, which there's quite a number of Nigerian staying in these area.. i wonder will symphony hills will encounter this problem?

current on going rental rate for schubert is below bank monthly installment. it's around 3500-4000 average, for own stay i think should be ok but earn from rental income maybe need to wait.
