Hi Guys,
Im in a dilemma now. And this is the first house im buying. Two option for me now and don't know which one to choose. 1) Symphony Hills Verdi Cyberjaya 2) Parkhill Bukit Jalil In terms secondhand resell price. Which one would be better? Kindly need you guys suggestion and opinion and advise. Thanks a lot |

I think with the price, most of the purchaser will use it for own stay. Renting it out will be difficult to cover installment.
