Developer has unsold units with many freebies.
Subsales need to sell lower to attract buyers. Pity those investors for not making money

Possible. Because they can't sell cheaper than developer, so need to cut loss. Same example in 9 bukit utama, see hoy chan still have many unsold unit after vp for many years
