Well, i don't think we can rationalise this with logic…Choosing a Property is emotional. Everyone chooses a location for a particular reason that is relevant to themselves. There's no right or wrong. CBJ may be faster reaching KL but not everyone works in KL, and bear in mind is much further away from the "center of gravity", ie., PJ.

If pricing is similar, i would rather choose DPC than CBJ or others but that's really a personal preference. I just love the feel of community and sense of security plus fabulous township planning over there. DPC Developer has done a fantastic job and branding.

My question would be why the hell would anyone stay in Setia Alan or Desa PC? Answer, again to each his own. Again distance is relative to where u work. CBJ is much 'closer' in terms of time to reach KLCC/ CBD compared to DPC, Setia Alam, USJ etc. Why why why???!!! Are all of them stupid?

Don't be so sensitive lah. Ok ok. DPC very near Kepong ok, just need 1 minute. Puchong, CBJ, Kajang takes 1 hour to reach Kepong.

I don't think flipper will buy 2mil house to flip.
They are probably buy to keep for long term such as bro noblebaby.

Flippers usually are those have limited bullet and no holding power when economy turns south.

All launches like SG, SH, SEG were not few days or one week soldout type of property. It took quite sometimes. Especially SH, very investor unfriendly. So either ownstay or loaded....or else buy landed prop in cyberjaya ll be a difficult decision. Of cpurse, surely every proj has investors, just tat Cyberjaya landed is relatively lesser. Investors "boh hiew". Lol
