They want to keep those "precint" guardhouses in Beethoven, Mozart, etc. But remove main one @ SymphonyHills entrance. I'm totally against this! Why the hell they didn't ask for owners consent before deciding on it?! They have already hiked maintenance fees from estimated 0.15psf to 0.2psf... now they cut security facilities... what's next?!

maybe the previous agreed maintenance fee seriously cannot sustain.
go complain see. maybe need to mark-up the fee to dpc standard.

many land gng jmb shout need higher fee.
macam my uncle at seirramas as a jmb member there also said still not enough after raised 2 times liao.
he gonna lead n raise fee again. and heard currently their fee are lower than dpc.... sure not enough lor.

and my friend who wanted buy dpc... very very quite rich also....
also give up....maybe kiamsiap after heard the high fee need to pay.

I m totally against it as well. This is not for the convenience of residents but outsiders! Even though the clubhouse is opened for non-residents with membership, there should be guards at the main entrance to check all the vehicles coming in. As for residemts convenience, the gate can b changed to an auto gate.

Putra heights is G&G? I got many friends staying there, they raise their own money to build the fencing... and monthly fee to hire guards.

DPC residents only pay maintenance fee for their own parcel. The main entrance guardhouse n guards, road n landscape, park n lake maintenance etc which are outside the individual parcel are all borne by perdana parkcity developer itself. PPC so far is very responsible and put in a lot of effort to maintain the township.

Yep... they calculate 0.2psf built-up (not lot size). So beethoven 2sty ~RM850/mo

Rm800 fee Consider at low side. Dpc land gng smaller size some more.... heard some even far way above this price.

Think Sierramas fee now also roughly above rm800... But house size much much bigger. The jmb still complaint need to raise more fund. Fee way too low.

I also can't "tahan" the maintenance fees so for how much can I sell my 2-storey Semi-D house in Symphony Hills?

As long as I still have the energy to walk up the staircase to my 3rd floor unit in Cyber Heights Villa, I'll continue to live here.

Hopefully, I can still find a Semi-D house on "cheap" sale in different location of Cyberjaya as a replacement.

Just wonder how they came out with development plan at first place then simply changed things without consent.. Any further change then i promise i will never ever buy UeM props..

Dpc still have a little waterfront mall as rental income to sustain the operation. Smart move. Lucky the mall biz good also. Ada bank. Maintain a park seriously not cheap. N the dpc park actually not big when dpc fully developed. Can see.them try to keep it as small as possible due to high cost to maintain.

Think uem too ambitious n mistake count on cost. Now dpc landed fee cincincaicai also more than rm1k a month.
most important dpc is pet friendly park. attract sibeh many expat stay there. and most pet owners there got good spending power to spend at dpc. this symphony hill park pet friendly or not?

Hope UeM pick the right PMT, engineer, architect, planner, etc. It is not about how much the customer willing to pay, it is about how good the dev plans ahead?

n "high end" gng landed fee also low within the gng land parcel.. need to increase cost liao.

i already banned UEM when i know their landscaping is not up to the one they have promised.

Since some of the beethoven units already VP and owners already staying in, UEM should get consent from owners. Maintenance cost will continue to go up year by year. no doubt.
