Yeah, maybe can rent it out to the expat's working there. I was reading about it and found out that UEM got 98 acre of land in cyberjaya. I know this particular project is near MMU.

Anyone went and see the showroom?

Actually its getting better at Cyberjaya.

Summer Glades sold 100% of their 137 units RM760,000 - RM1,200,000 for terrece.
Mah Sing's Garden Residence is also selling fast. No more units below RM1.2m.
The Place by MCT sold all their SOHO (around 500 sf) apartment units within the first few weeks for about RM500psf. Its beside Lim Kok Wing.
My Diva by Subang Alam is selling their semi d for RM1.77m at Lakeview East.
Bunglow lot was RM80psf last 2-3 years now its RM155psf.

The rental is too high for local students until they had to move to Seri Kembangan & Puchong. Maybe Symphony Hills is suitable for those who wants to actually stay in Cyberjaya. Personally i like Cyberjaya but i missed the RM700k terrace at Garden Residence

I went to the site yesterday they say completion 2014 for these units. The whole 98 acre will complete by 2020.

Schubert (3 story terrece) finish like hot cakes with 20+ waiting in queue - RM1m. Phase 2 Schubert is around RM1.3m. It has a high living room ceiling of about 18ft if im not mistaken and the master bedroom is 12 or 14ft i dont remember.

Mozart is small part of Symphony Hills. Schubert is more popular so there is more Schubert there. If u see the front page. The pricing of Mozart and Schubert is almost the same. Infact, Mozart end lot is more expansive. Buildup is almost the same too.

I think its 5000-8000. They give some cupon/voucher. Im too lazy to read it. They should atleast give 0.5%.

I think they dont sell Mozart anymore. I wanted to move to cyberjaya but i plan on staying somewhere else now sweat.gif

Thats why wanna sell. But its not urgent or anything. Just want to keep some options available.

They changed the agency. Last time it was something called Lotus (?), now its Reapfield i think. I plan to let go at developer current price + discount.

There is another 3 story with different design, Mozart is with the garden on the first floor. The other one is like a standard 3 story terrace.
