Problem of SH is its high maintenance fee. Of coz u got a nice environment but it could too high to pay that n enjoy it by common malaysian. Not to say amentities r not up yet in ciber. Keep it n ownstay ll be a wiser choice till value is fully unlocked. Now u may make only very very small profit there. Morzart 1.15 to 1.2mil?
