I think thw phase 1 ll be completed in march 2013 if accprding to schedule. How is the progress now?

Schuman 2 is priced at 1.6xm 4xxxsf 26ft width...corner 1.8xm 3 generation design! Nice.

Schuman 2 is great for 3 generation living. The lower ground is as gd as suite for elderly where u hav everything there for them..kitchen living room etc. Also with garden right outside the lower grd.

All launches like SG, SH, SEG were not few days or one week soldout type of property. It took quite sometimes. Especially SH, very investor unfriendly. So either ownstay or loaded....or else buy landed prop in cyberjaya ll be a difficult decision. Of cpurse, surely every proj has investors, just tat Cyberjaya landed is relatively lesser. Investors "boh hiew". Lol

Recent rebate for limited units were sapued kering kering. Whenever there was unit dropoff due to loan reject there was taken by ppls from waiting list. 1.1xm is seriously a value buy. Last check with the sales person, only left a corner unit which is around 200k more. The rest is priced at 1.3mil already after rebate. 1.6mil is a bit hard to clear at this market. Anyway, no flipping game anymore. Buyer need to change the investment mindset nowadays. Good days were gone. Reality kick in. Hold x 3. CCC masterplan looks great.
