SH is a good value buy compare to The Glades personally.

That's the way to go - forming a high end quality community in Cyber. More quality community > more purchasing power > more classy F&B > more classy commercials > mont kiara / DPC type environment - wow factor > pioneer makes the most kar-Ching!

Yes. I akso think it is overpriced for the Glades. Traveling time from Cyber to klcc will be shorter as compared to Putra Heights.
