what food are they going to sell at the cafe? It will be good if it is an Austrian cafe/Viennese coffee house. Then match the theme la.
 I think East Ledang clubhouse sell membership to public too. Too bad East Ledang is selling at price much higher than Symphony Hills...... Yah. I think the link house very slow. Think price is too high... beethoven looks more valued for money.

I do agree, Schumann2 also not that bad but Schubert is a lil bit overpriced. With that size & price, purchasers have a lot of other options in Cyber. I dare not sell Schubert to investors, only homeowners. |
