Fully agreed. Owners will be disappointed when they collect thier key. And subsequently the SA will kena marah by the owners....

One of the uniqueness of SH is the resort feel landscape.

I went to Garden residences Aspen, drove ard inside the area. Very little plants and almost no landscaping. Kinda boring....
If UEM is able to turn SH into a real resort feel, with the units sitting inside the garden, I hav confident the sales will speed up. The master bedroom for 2 storey semi-D is actually quite small.

GR is only big BU but no landscape n no GBI - Boring.

My russian neighbour his unit has nice landscaping beside his unit.

visited my own unit, workmanship is not great but acceptable. i guess my defect list will be super long, lol..
dont think it will be ready so soon, some of the wall socket still not install yet... workmanship for tile gap filler is bad... i will ask developer to redo, lol...
