Wat u think about the opera house? I m ok UEM used it to promote SH. :-)
*
I would say there's a still a lot of room for improvement. Maybe because I went to Puteri Harbour & expect the opera house to be as nice, since same developer. So, I did a lot of complaining. Furthermore, the opera house is a major selling point for Symphony. To have it running in best conditions is for the betterment of everybody, agents, developer, purchasers alike.

will the clubhouse run/maintain by developer and cafe is a recurring income? How about the village commercial area?
*
The clubhouse & the cafe will be maintain & run by the developer. The same one that run East Ledang clubhouse. But, I never been to East Ledang clubhouse, so have no idea how good they are yet. Hopefully, anybody have experienced go to East Ledang clubhouse can share.

Yah. I think the link house very slow. Think price is too high... beethoven looks more valued for money.
*
I do agree, Schumann2 also not that bad but Schubert is a lil bit overpriced. With that size & price, purchasers have a lot of other options in Cyber. I dare not sell Schubert to investors, only homeowners.

May I know how many unit available for Beethoven?

Getting loan approved is another challenge. ....
*
Phase 2 - 7 units
Phase 3 - 9 units (This phase have 100k rebates, but 10 units allocation only)

16 out of 78, not bad for Beethoven.

My questions to developer : Will there be any plants/landscape in between the house in Beethoven?
Answer from developer : We will only plant in common area.
Me : blink.gif blink.gif

There's supposed to be a stone or mark to indicate the demarcation of the lot boundaries.

Maybe got one good news : Developer is considering a fixed & reasonable maintenance fees for all landed, instead of 0.15/0.25 per land area or per built up.

Must wait for VP first. Comfirm many will make noise.

I'm making noise already! Success of Beethoven lies in its landscapes. That's why ppl buy. It doesn't make sense leave it to the owner to plant it.
