QUOTE(noblebaby @ Sep 29 2013, 10:29 PM) I would say there's a still a lot of room for improvement. Maybe because I went to Puteri Harbour & expect the opera house to be as nice, since same developer. So, I did a lot of complaining. Furthermore, the opera house is a major selling point for Symphony. To have it running in best conditions is for the betterment of everybody, agents, developer, purchasers alike. |

QUOTE(shinebr8 @ Sep 29 2013, 11:04 PM) will the clubhouse run/maintain by developer and cafe is a recurring income? How about the village commercial area? The clubhouse & the cafe will be maintain & run by the developer. The same one that run East Ledang clubhouse. But, I never been to East Ledang clubhouse, so have no idea how good they are yet. Hopefully, anybody have experienced go to East Ledang clubhouse can share. |

QUOTE(noblebaby @ Oct 5 2013, 10:05 PM) Yah. I think the link house very slow. Think price is too high... beethoven looks more valued for money. I do agree, Schumann2 also not that bad but Schubert is a lil bit overpriced. With that size & price, purchasers have a lot of other options in Cyber. I dare not sell Schubert to investors, only homeowners. |

Maybe got one good news : Developer is considering a fixed & reasonable maintenance fees for all landed, instead of 0.15/0.25 per land area or per built up.
