even with all the years of training, im only able to lift/press 1.4 times my own bodyweights with damn near perfect form.... able to lift it is another thing, executing and feeling it is totaly at the realm of the other universe... im not under estimating his ability, but curiosity could really take over when yourself are struggling while other "people" claimed he could do twice the poundages with half the bodymass... Business trips and work creeping up. I'm loath to sacrifice my training times so the first thing that goes is my internet time.

You know you're totally in the training lifestyle when you don't think of the days as Monday, Tuesday, Weds.
I caught myself thinking what day is today and I went "Yesterday was back day, that means today is leg day. And leg day = Friday!". I ain't got no days of the week anymore. I only got chest day, back day, arm day, rest day, etc.

Well, there is ONE fella I know who did 2x BW bench here lol. I admire your dedication to sticking to your routines man. Rock solid discipline. I'm more to adjusting my training days to fit into my work and social schedules.

Guess I'm not the hardcore weightlifter yet, more like sponge casual type haha..

I dont know how to start it so i jz straight to the point.

How to maintain breast mass or size when working out? I ask behalf of my girl's friend. It get smaller so any way to maintain or even get it more firm?

The simple answer would be to eliminate all sort of fat usage in the body and to focus it to carbs instead. The hard part is maintaining such a phase without getting fat.

I noticed this with my ex girlfriend. Her size shrunk when she lost weight due to working out. sad.gif

Firm is another thing though. That i'm unsure.

Oh, that ONE fella here who can bench 2x BW. Good luck training with him.

I'm the sponge casual type too. If there are no surprises, then it's a set day for each bodypart. Otherwise the flexibility is there to mix it up should work/life issues come up. For me, the best routine is the one you can stick to.

I don't know how to go about it so I'll go straight to the point too.

Problem here is it's mostly made up of fat tissue. Which means as your bf% drops, the size will most probably reduce too. As paraphrase a good gym friend of mine, "It's either the 6 pack or the boobs". And this has been her headache ever since. Short of implants, it's your decision to make.

Just to help :

Hot bod + small boobs > Whale + big boobs

now come to think of it, if its a quiet week i DO have a schedule, lol. just this new GVT thing thrown everything out of order i just cant remember anymore. 2 more weeks till im done with it zz

Question time, back day,after finishing your bent-over row, you suddenly felt one f*ck of a pump in your lower back, it was so bad you're struggling to stand straight. Do you

a) Keep going with your w/o
b) Stop right there and then

What I did was, I didn't want to play with fire, I continued with my w/o, but only at 50 % of my usual poundages. Still feel like shit though. I mean, after the training.
