QUOTE(redhibiscus @ Aug 20 2011, 11:20 AM) Thanks. I didn't notice that. I wish they'd be more clear in their correspondence. I'm going to turn down their offer as I'm not going to share a bathroom with four other people. It's not a single bathroom. It actually consists of two shower cubicles, two WC cubicles, and two or three wash basins. So the usage is pretty much the same as a single ensuite shared bathroom. And do you have other alternatives in hand? This post has been edited by entryman: Aug 20 2011, 11:56 AM

QUOTE(Sahl As @ Aug 20 2011, 01:13 PM) and u just can't reject their offer...... they r not gonna offer u a Single Shared Ensuite Bathroom if u do that.... then u'll have to look for an off-campus accommodation and that will be very hard if u r an international freshie... btw where r u from??? Yes, I can 'just' reject their offer as I have a solid Plan B. This post has been edited by redhibiscus: Aug 20 2011, 06:34 PM

QUOTE(manthew @ Aug 18 2011, 11:25 PM) Funnily though.. they were like 15 people in Economics class last year.. so top 10%.. I presume 2 person? Hahahas why did they discontinue the annual High Achiever Scholarships (now it's only first year and the minimal requirement has increased).. D=< they are really reluctant to give out money, aren't they? Blood suckersss Did you know.. the minimum requirement here for Pharmacy is the same as the minimum requirement for Pharmacy there in the UK Nott? (AAB) =) Sorry to say, but there's no back door for you. Nottingham doesn't take it from the back It only pertains the new intakes, previous intakes maintain the same scheme.... tanjinjack... You can add these in the "nice food" section Noodles shop in Semenyih town (specialty: tomyam) 2° 57' 15", 101° 50' 44" [Link to Google Maps]Note: Closed on Mondays. It's a small little link house. Restoran 52 (As for Chinese restaurants in Semenyih, I believe this is the best bang for the buck) 2° 57' 14", 101° 50' 46" [Link to Google Maps]Note: No input at the moment Yes, both the above places are about 50m apart only. And may I know where this is? Damn cheap lorrrr lol. "Vegetarian set lunch *RM2 only!!* (buddhist shoplot place)" This post has been edited by entryman: Aug 21 2011, 01:24 AM

Hey guys, may I know if there are any major differences between the February and September intakes other than the length of the holidays and study breaks? Would I be disadvantaged in any way if I joined in February instead of September?

There's one more restaurant in Broga itself (at night), I forgot the name, but serves pretty good and reasonably priced Chinese food too. But if one were to venture into Broga, Semenyih town would be of similar distance.

During my week stay there last month they actually brought me to MacD KFC and Pizza Hut. -___- But the road to Broga is pretty scary in the night.

If you wake up early enough on primary schooling days, say, 6.50AM, you get to buy a variety of mind blowing back to kampung home cooked Chinese mixed rice dishes.... The aunty sells it at the pan mee stall opposite the police station. Ask her what time the school kids usually come, and go figure the best time and be ahead of them for the next trip. The same aunty and her husband sells noodles and char koay teow throughout the middle of the night too. Urm, this one, hard to desccribe the location, but it's on the left side of Broga town, I think right next to a bus stop.
