I think under the part "Why we study here",

We can add in the Exchange Programme, whereby students are allowed to spend one semester (or maybe one year?) in the main UK Campus.

[edit] If I'm not wrong the student just pay the tuition fees to their own campus, doesn't go by UK's fee. I'm not really sure about that yet, coz I haven't even begin Induction there.

No, not the official one done by Nottingham officials. I mean we need a dedicated Unofficial Site, sth different from a forum where we can really put all these accommodation reviews, foods and all that in a more organized manner.

*smacks head* Why didn't we think of that? We could provide a review on diff mobile broadband in Uni/Semenyih region as well! Speedtest.net could be used to benchmark I suppose?

Students at the University of Nottingham could soon be given a points score instead of a degree-classification when they graduate.

Course code will be printed on your offer letter when you received it.

And your student number will NOT be the same as your application number, not the one with UNIMKL - [Number]

OMG does any of you came across SPIDERS in TTS before? I stayed in my friends house in TTS3 yesterday and this morning I woke up and saw a *toot*ing big spider, as big as my palm I swear. I'm fine with small ones but that one totally freaked me out.

I don't even have enough time to take a shot of that thing. Could have been due to the overgrowing weeds outside the compound, God knows what secret organisation these hideous creatures are having down there LOL. And luckily they aren't like cockroaches, they don't fly. *phew*

Or maybe, the old motto "A City is Built on Wisdom" which sounds pretty plain.

UK (center dot) China (center dot) Malaysia, I know how to do type the center dot thru Mac but idk how to do the same from Windows.

Try contacting Danny and see, from what I understand last month he's looking for students to occupy the house as well. I used to contact him to ask about the room/house until one of my friend found a house.

YEAPSOLUTELY AGREE WITH THAT! Where did the chick/blonde go?

Ten working days is just an estimation, excluding public holidays, Saturdays, Sundays (it used to be 14 working days or 2 working weeks if I'm not wrong), starting from the day you got the email titled "Received Application" from "NO REPLY ADMISSIONS", plus minus a few days.

It might take even longer when it is getting nearer to the intake date (some students like to send it their application a few weeks before, which slows the processing)

If you sent it months before, more often than not they will get back to you before the stated ten working days / fourteen working days deadline.

Just in case you have not received any replies after the stated ten / fourteen working days (whether it's a call or an email), feel free to call them up and quote your application number. My advise is do not email and ask, it will take a day or two more. Calling them is the fastest way.

Am I missing out something? The Monash thread changed their title to "not an alternative to anyone... ^^"

Which sounds uber weird to me (maybe to others esp new forumers as well)

And with utmost respect and absolute no offence intended, the "not an alternative to anyone... ^^" sounds really funny for me for reasons I dunno why, just totally LOL-ed when I read it.

I was like o.O? and "what the?" when I first read it, thought my eyes were playing tricks.

Perhaps the "not an alternative to anyone... ^^" actually means "Unlike you guys Nottingham, we (Monash) are not an alternative to anyone" in exact context. <- Which still sounds weird to me.

Or maybe, they read my suggestion for the alternative tagline earlier, that's why they changed it.
