i wanted the single attached room with aircond..but it is too expensive(rm600) aNd extra charges for the aircond electricity...i dont how how much electricity the aircond uses.

i applied for the single room shared bathroom, 2nd choice is the single room in 5 room flat( 4 bathroom to be shared with 5 students), 3rd choice is double bedded room(4 bathrooms to be share with 6 students)..those r my three choices...do apply faster because they see first come, first serve basis

I wana ask something regarding the application for degree programme in engineering.
Now i just finished my a-levels exam and are waiting for the results.
When should i apply?Should i apply now with my forecast? or wait for the actual results then only apply?

You are advised to apply by using your forecast result. Nottingham admission office will give you a conditional offer letter. After you getting your actual A-level result, you should submit it to the officer/ agent to issue an unconditional offer. If your result fulfill the requirement, there should be no problem for you to enter that course.

I have been looking at the syllabus taught in the Computer Science (CS) faculty and find that it is superior to many many other universities, including the many more 'well known' universities and colleges, which I will not name. In fact, I have asked a few folks to consider enrolling their kids here if they decide to do CS.

However, I find there is not much talk in the forum or on the net with regards to the course being offered by the university. Either people are too afraid to take up a really good and challenging CS course here or people do not understand enough of what CS is all about or the university is not known for its CS course.

Someone from this forum care to shed some enlightenment on this issue?
