i have applied in UNIM for the masters in engineering prog. for the september intake. I actually applied on 18th of may but havent got any confirmation from the uni yet. I have wrote to int admissions so many times but evry time they reply me that its with faculty and under process. I am constantly writing to int enquires too but nothing is working. Last thursday they said it may come this week or early next week but now the early next week too is gone as its wednesday now. Can anyone help me out? What shall i do? I am avoiding the call as i might be harsh to them as they have gone beyond their comittment of 10 working days. I am just holding myself back. Help guys. Thank You.

I have been emailing the admission office and they keep telling me that the application is still under process, making me kinda frustrated. Why the hell do they need so much time. It has been more than 2 weeks since I submit my application

Definitely a big fat no. You will be given a conditional offer if you applied using forecast result. You need to send in your actual results upon receiving it to be given an unconditional letter (they will send it to you again). AFAIK, all UK universities function like this, without exception.

It's not strict. I wouldn't want to accept a student based on some prediction. Much like how I wouldn't sell all my properties and spend all my money just because some dude had a dream saying the world is going to end at the end of the year.

All UK universities only offer unconditional offers upon receiving actual results. It's not strict. It's common sense. I'm sure other universities would have similar policies, unless said student is some ultra bright genius of some sort.

For the record, I received my unconditional offer 7 days after sending in my application with actual STPM results. It was late March/ early April that time so probably less workload.
