Skype does not support video yet for Android last I checked, just voice. Use google talk.

Just got an update from Skype, now they support video for Android. Haven't tested it yet though.

I assume u asked about GPS. If u have a dedicated navigation software(with built in maps) like papago, sygic etc then its possible to use it without connecting to internet. |
