Bro, I once commented about the CD player to a SA. He told me that if you want to change to the Ori LCD console you could without voiding your warranty. Just need to order from KIA and have them installed it.

I'm wondering how much they will charge for the ORI LCD Console? doh.gif
Does it look like the one install on the Kia Optima Turbo Version?

hey you not waiting for camry ah? later regret oh?
I heard Camry out this month rite? But the design wont change and thats my biggest problem with the upcoming Camry in addition to the 4 speed gb and old engine. So i can quite certainly say that the Camry is out of the picture.

New Camry comes with a 6 speed box.

Don't think any upcoming D segment cars will come with anything less than 6 now, even most C segments that were released after 2011 have a minimum of 6, or are using CVT now.

Unless... what you meant was the old Camry but produced in 2012.

My dear friend, the upcoming 2.0L Camry will come with the 4 speed GB and old engine. Only the 2.5L model gets the new 6 speed gb and dual VVTI engine.

Now u see why ive turned my back on the Camry?

Cool. Overlooked the 2.0L model as it doesn't exist in where I am now tongue.gif

What a poor decision by Toyota if they really decide to do that, then again it that confirmed? The new Camry has been launched in other countries but most of them are 2.5L variants, not much info about 2.0L

ODO meter when i got the car was ard 60km, coz they have to drive it to puspakom for CBU car inspection.

the unlock button and sidemirror adjust button is NOT illuminated.

new civic oso going for launching already...called honda to ask abt civic coz sister in law wants it, but they say current model stock no more, waiting for new civic delivery...

a bit sad abt the tail light issue, not the straight continuous strip..dunno why they change it...

wanted to change the rear number plate bulb..but cudnt take out the brown socket...cant see the clip, or izzit turn type..sked will break it...anyone changed it?

I think ODO meter below 100km is ok... More than that I think they maybe use your car and drive somewhere..

The Asian version was launched in Jan this year. Thats where the specs came from. It was posted on the official Toyota website. Very disappointed.

KIA didnt remove the LCD, it is just a premium feature in turbo full spec models in other country, like the ventilated seats, steering temperature control and headlight height level manual control feature. Having said that, actually kia optima k5 in m'sia has high spec oso, considerably. K5 was launched in SG without infinity sound system, sunroof, and not the 18" rim(i think).

Bro, yes the unlock button and sidemirror button is not illuminated.

Headlight issue: hope Naza solves it fast. still waiting for thier reply. if i do not get any reply im going take it it up another level. I hate the rear light now as it looks like teana. except the 'C' shaped led design is inverted.

I did change the number plate bulb. it is turn type and a little bit tight.

The K5 in SG was launched much earlier without a sunroof. Only now they are getting the sunroof version just like us.
