I have the same problem yesterday night and again tonight. Looks like I'm not alone, you're not alone. Probably many people are affected.

Btw, which exchange you belong to? Mine is under TTDI.
*
I'm at DU, I think it's under TTDI exchange.

Actually I got this problem few months ago, I called and asked them to reset my connection, problem gone, can reconnect as many as I like, then for a while the problem will strike again.

Don't know what happen to unifi, I don't want everytime this shit happens I've to call and fix it, not to mentioned I have to wait for quite long time until my turn. Really piss off. vmad.gif

they only ask me for my phone number. and that guy said he will sent the email to the technician about my problem and the technician will call me .
no such thing about the report number.

.if they don't believe me,they can check my calls on saturday what.whats so hard about it ??
*
i think its not send email to technician, but to technical deprtment..if he said will send email that means you're calling to service department..of course the guy will only take your details, and then email that to technical...if lucky, they will reply you..

Yes, a large part of Damansara North is under TTDI. Looks like the problem is with TTDI area so far. Not sure about others.

I wonder if you have another problem. Do a speedtest (choose TM server in Cyberjaya). The download speed is ok but do you get a failed upload speed (get zero) or some very slow speed? It has been happening intermittently a month ago, then was ok for a month & the problem recur since Saturday.

Just did a speedtest on TM server in Cyberjaya, so far I don't have the problem that you've mentioned. Personally I don't have any problem with DL/UL speed, torrent, online gaming, downloading all run flawlessly. Does it really bother you? Unless it effects your connection, just like this stupid disconnected shit, I won't really bother about it, maybe it's a glitch on speedtest server.

Just install Unifi VIP5 with all TM equipment. Request that they install 15m of RJ45 and RJ15 with raceway but gave the excuse they running out of stock but promise to come back so for the time being is using standard 1m cable and everything put together. Sign the acceptance form but put down a condition that they are suppose to install the 15m cable at a later time.

I have two notebooks NEW and OLD, the NEW one is able to detect and access wireless and wired
But the OLD one can access thru RJ45 wire and but cannot detect my own UNIFI wireless network even though it can detect many neighbourhood UNIFI networks. What could be the problem, pls help.

for those who upgrade from Streamyx to Unifi, did you receive an SMS from "UNIFI" asking you to provide your IC number, Streamyx Login ID and fixed line number to 03-22411529 for the termination of those accounts? Is that sms legit?

i have the same problem. it is a compatibility issue. My old PC can connect the wifi but the traffic is intermittent. i use RJ45 directly now can surf full speed without intermittent.

the only way to solve this issue is to replace with better quality router that can support unifi.
