i can't connect to unifi more than 5 days already

the white modem have orange colour ..
already tried call unifi .all busy
if not busy,they say they will pass to technician ..but after that line busy
waited for 10 mins and i have to pay the phone bills.

their service sucks .

but mine is worst. my laptop/hp can't even detect the wifi

this is actually not a rare problem.i face this prob alot of times. usually it will disconnect and when the colour turns orange i off on the router.works again but only lasts for 30-40 mins..

but now the router is always orange in colour in the middle .'
this have been annoying problems since i buy unifi ..not even a week already i hve this prob

the technian u mean the installer guy that install unifi in my house ?
he din't pickup too

i call 1300-88-1222/1221 .also the same .
cn give me the technical num ?

and that girl said i nver make a report last saturday .meaning the ppl that i called last saturday din't do his job.he should report/email my prob to the techinician .

stupid unifi service .

they only ask me for my phone number. and that guy said he will sent the email to the technician about my problem and the technician will call me .
no such thing about the report number.

.if they don't believe me,they can check my calls on saturday what.whats so hard about it ??

have u tried off on the modem ?

i also keep disconnecting ,but now cannot connect at all.

i think its not send email to technician, but to technical deprtment..if he said will send email that means you're calling to service department..of course the guy will only take your details, and then email that to technical...if lucky, they will reply you..

unifi still can't fix it


bout the calls,i giveup .
i try to call them for last time tomorrow .maybe not .i think im going to TM taipan and meet their boss or manager or whatever

im the same as yours but yours is worst

got unifi installed few months ago,can use on that day but disconnecting sometimes
not even a week,internet is down.need to call unfi
they fix ,few weeks after that..down
it fix .. few weeks later ..down again until now .
the problems is the same .i dunno why they still can't fix it permanently.

but some are lucky,only got this prblem like once only.

my appointment was from 9.am-2pm on saturday
on 11..still nothing.my dad call unifi.they say 2pm

call unifi and scold yelled them .stupid excuse no van,no transport.wtf .its not my prob . and im sure there a lot of transport .

around 4.45 only they come ..
if i dont scold ,i dont think they will come

@fubs ,nice to know u get yr internet back . but like most of us ,the internet connection will get disconnecting frequently aftr some times which is very annoying.
i hope u are not unlucky as me and others.

i receive the call few weeks before the installation to confirm im buying the unifi
then they never call back,

its me who have to call them on that installation day
u should call them for double confirmation and ask the installation guy number
i hve the installer guy num but he nver pickup .
there will be around 3-4 guys ,aask all of them their number in case yr unifi going crazy later .

btw my story pulak.

until today no unifi came to my house,i ask my dad to confirm it with TM.
few mins later TM called me and said that the earliest is tmorrow evening .
and i said wtf wtf wtf . i make a report since last week and until now still no one come .

i said i want it to be fixed by today .dun make me come to TM centre (where ppl pay bills,etc) and bcome hulk there .

20mins later they called me back, and said techincian will come on 2.30 .(that was fast)

then i went out with my friend.dunno what happen
but my sister was in the house

she tell me that
the technician came around 2. then he nver touch modem,he just walk in my house,he saw the white modem, and he said" that modem is already broken" he din't check the modem yet.
he also said that he just got called by TM to go to my house,he said he dunno whyTM line always busy
he said that he dunno whether this problem will come again or not .

and im very sure he just acting he dunno eyrthing. liar

i think its either the installer dint do his job well or unifi really sucks .

did u guys just leave your modem on for 24hours .???
or u off it on night,and use it when u want to use .???

if im not mistaken that unifi guuy said no need to off modem
so i nver off modem unless its raining heavily,

maybe thats the reason why my modem always rosak ?
