got my unifi VIP5 installed yesterday, scheduled 7.7.2011 but was fastrack yesterday 19.6.11.
so far so good. the installation is fast i think less than two hours as 3-4 five guys working on it.

my speedtest as attached...can someone comment of the speed?, is it ok? or average?

U subscribed for VIP5 5Mbps, and u getting 5Mbps from the speedtest..so do u think is normal or not?

u wait..then u call again then u call them again..thats damn expensive, just dont call them many times...at 30cent per minute, usually i will be on hold for around 6-8 minutes, and in another 5 minutes i explained to them,when they said will make a report, i hung up..i told them no need for me to wait as i will get ticket number by email and sms.
the next day..within 24 hours, they will call me again to confirm my availability for them to send technician at home...it around 15minutes only..

of course slow..they throttle 10 sharing site,in near future they will totally block access to these sites.. using ip address i think..

Erm... I don't know whether you can change but I'm going to comment on that two packages. If you're home user, got a TV set for IPTV and you need that unlimited landline call, only you get VIP5 (RM149) but you need to know that when quota is implemented, you'll be capped to some crazy snail speed if you hit the quota BUT for the time being, quota is not implemented YET! The benefit of getting BIZ5 is that it has NO QUOTA (use however you like!) BUT(I hate to use BUTsss but I must) you won't be getting the IPTV and unlimited landline call(you still get the phone though).
Oh... I don't know whether this helps but there's a cybercafe nearby is using VIP20 instead of BIZ20. They installed 4xVIP20+4xVIP5 just for like... 30~40PCs!

Calling from VoIP is only 4cents/minutes.

and that girl said i nver make a report last saturday .meaning the ppl that i called last saturday din't do his job.he should report/email my prob to the techinician .

If they were to open a report for you, there must be a report number which they will ask u to take down!

Lately unifi is really pissing me off, I disconnected my connection and wanted to get a new IP, ended up I can't connect anymore. Calling unfi helpline, lines engaged forever, not to mentioned it's not free.

Anyone here have this kinda problem?

I have the same problem yesterday night and again tonight. Looks like I'm not alone, you're not alone. Probably many people are affected.

Btw, which exchange you belong to? Mine is under TTDI.
