hi guys, can you guys recommend a wireless receiver for pc and a wifi extender/antenna? the unifi modem is really bad, cant cover a lot of places

Hi, im going to install unifi in my new house. The problem is that i want my modem on the 2nd floor beside my computer and i also want to use the hypp tv but my tv is at the 1st floor. So, how am i going to solve this? And if i installed the unifi during the renovation period, and im not using it, do i receive the bill? And can i ask them to temporary stop the service just because im not using it? Thx

why contact streamyx... I think you need to go straight to tm if you're referring to ur unifi internet password. Why don't you check back your email?

wait..they didnt sent technician to your house? because whenever theres problem, i called them and they sent their technician within 24 hours, last time my dsl line gone everyweek for 4 times, i called them, the next day they came..a few days ago experiencing disconnection every 2-3 minutes, they came the next day after i lodge complain the night before, turns out they had hardware problem inside the mdf room, u should request for technician to come..

Hi all, my Unifi was ok this afternoon, but when I switched it on tonight it didn't work. Please help.

1. Middle LED on the Router is orange while the left and right ones are green

2. Phone line works

3. Laptop will pick up router's signal, but it'll be "no internet connection"

Any solution? Absolutely could not reach a single person via the helpline.

Any alternative helplines?

mine happen like that just now.i turn it off because tm dns server does not responding so i change it to google dns..it took me almost 10 minute to get connection back...so i turned off both vdsl and router(unplugg)..and try a few times..and wait..saw in router log says connection terminated and it tries to reconnect many times..i just wait though..i usually dont turn off everything..just leave them idle most of the time..

I think there was an outage just now.
I can't connect from 930PM - 1130PM.
And this is very unusual for me as usually I can connect very easily.
Location: Lagoon Perdana Apartment, Bandar Sunway..

Just tried it, not working.... so there's nothing I'll be able to try to fix it, but wait event longer? It's 12.

that guy that i called 1300881222. said he already sent an email bout my problem and will call my phone num within 24 hours..
its been 24 hours nobody call.
calling 1221 also the same

trying to call them again but always busy .i think they dunwan to pickup.

btw i have same problem as lithigfist
phone and tv working but the internet is not working
but mine is worst. my laptop/hp can't even detect the wifi

this is actually not a rare problem.i face this prob alot of times. usually it will disconnect and when the colour turns orange i off on the router.works again but only lasts for 30-40 mins..

but now the router is always orange in colour in the middle .'
this have been annoying problems since i buy unifi ..not even a week already i hve this prob

im not sure about the number, but you should call their technical directly..if you call service, normally they will forward and email to technical.that will take time..when you call the technical,usually i need to wait around 6-10min for them to pick up.. state your problem fill a report and get report number(i usually dont wait for report number as they will send confirmation by sms and email).

the orange color on the router means no connection..if you dont touch any setting inside router maybe thats their problem...ask for technician..

I got a UNIFI offer during that period of promotion
I live on the 2nd floor of a shop-lot, I am willing to pay RM149 for UNIFI instead of the RM199.

They were saying they're not sure whether I can change from corporate to consumer =_=
so am I able to change? I want to pay RM149 instead of 199
