My vip5 speed drops to 1mb mostly every night. wtf, the speed is crap during night time. Call CS but no one answer lol.

Last night I get disconnected for like 30 mins then it self connect back. My location is serdang raya. Anyone got the same problem like me here?

Forgot to add. Now my upload speed is like 6-7mb but DL speed is 4.5mb. LOL This is weird. hmm.gif

yep im also facing the same issue
eveynight speed will drop to 1.5mb below..
my location is in taman equine..i think maybe our area(serdang) is facing an issue ?

I suspect its an issue on their side. Because, right after 12 midnite the speed start gaining back. Then in the morning its back to normal speed. Maybe its congestion? hmm.gif

But its really BS that the speed drops at night. doh.gif This is the time where I play online games and need the full speed...

I seriously hope this is solved soon...

not only there..the one who connected with ttdi exchange having the same problem since last night also got a few people complain in here..

There is not supposed to be any congestion issues with Unifi because it is a dedicated line NOT best effort basis...

mine is working fine except of the internet speed.really pissed off la..
but last night,it seems to be quite OK.i meant,slightly better than last 2 nights..but still, i want my 5MB,not 1.5MB - 3.5MB...

mine, internet speed seems fine..all other service also working fine..but the internet so hard to connect last night more than half an hour, i saw in router log, it often connecting but connection terminated...

Iptv is working fine but no internet when it got disconnected. iptv was also working fine even though I got like 1mb speed. No jerkiness.

I think it's our Unifi exchange problem laa. I'm staying in Taman Universiti and facing what you guys facing but mine really celaka. I'm on VIP20 and it goes down below 2mbps every night from 8 pm - 2 am and then the speed will be ok. I've monitored this situation for 2 weeks already.

Already complaint to TM and just now their technician came. I already told them if come at day time surely speed ok. Come at night then see for yourself. So tonight I'll be doing some troubleshooting with the technician to see whats the problem. Will keep you guys posted on the result. Paying premium but getting shitty speed when want to use. If daytime no need to work ok la.

... I answered this question hell hell hell a lot of time...

It's interference issue here. Go into you DIR-615, goes under setup->wireless setup->manual wireless connection setup->WIRELESS NETWORK GLOBAL SETTINGS->untick "Enable Auto Channel Selection" then try those channels. Find a channel in which ALL your devices will be able to detect it!!

I had just registered with Unifi 5mb plan @ TM Point Wangsa Delima last Friday. Usually how long does it take for the contractors to get my unifi hooked up?
Living in Taman Lembah Keramat Au5.

Unifi is getting worst, just now my connection has been disconnected by itself, and now I can't connect it again. Called Unifi CS, engaged forever, just like yesterday.

I feel like Unifi is heading the same route as Screamyx, more problems when more users subscribe to it.

Is this normal for VIP5? I feel so slow now.

ONU/BTU may have so-called transmission containers (T-CONTs), each with its own priority or traffic class.
For Unifi, the VoIP is the 1st priority (Fixed Bandwidth), followed by IPTV (Assured Bandwidth) & Internet (Best Effort).

my unifi got disconnected can't use phone either....living in bandar sunway...I called the customer service they told me that it was because of technical difficulties.... no internet for 24hrs+ now have to use my mobile.... anyone in same situation?

Just got unifi installed this morning.

Got back home from work, rebooted the router and now I can't connect to the internet anymore.

Called the helpline, retrieved my account password to reconfigure the router, but still unable to connect to the Internet.

Seems like some users are experiencing this problem as well a page back. So I'm wondering, how long does this last?

I'm in Bandar Sunway too and I have no problems with unifi.
