this is actually not a rare problem.i face this prob alot of times. usually it will disconnect and when the colour turns orange i off on the router.works again but only lasts for 30-40 mins..
but now the router is always orange in colour in the middle .'
this have been annoying problems since i buy unifi ..not even a week already i hve this prob
im not sure about the number, but you should call their technical directly..if you call service, normally they will forward and email to technical.that will take time..when you call the technical,usually i need to wait around 6-10min for them to pick up.. state your problem fill a report and get report number(i usually dont wait for report number as they will send confirmation by sms and email).
the orange color on the router means no connection..if you dont touch any setting inside router maybe thats their problem...ask for technician..
