hi, did you guys experiencing disconnection issues? mine disconnect every 2-5 minutes since last night, ive changed my cable and its still the same...and my iptv wont show video feed at all except for mosaic view(channel 100) despite the frequent disconnection. i havent call them yet..

i think you can count with your finger how many hosters in malaysia have 100mbps uplink..from what i see, mostly have 1mbps uplink.

im still waiting for them to rectify my issue...disconnect every 2-3 minutes since 2 days ago..i called them last night..but the guy who picked up when i mention to him i got disconnected every 2-3 minute he said..your line is active for more than 10 minute..i was..wtf..i knew it was up for like 10 minutes because i restarted my router 10minutes before..even though the line is cut off, the router still showing green light..after a few minutes then it will turn orange but that never happen because the dsl will connect within 30 seconds....to cut things..i told him every 2-3 minutes the dsl light and voip light at the vdsl turned off..and my iptv and internet cannot be used la. and when i told them my credit was about to empty then the guy asked me why i dint use the fix line..i was wtf..how can i use it since my line got disconnected every 2-3 minutes? when i was wathing iptv it stops, displaying the satellite button with x means no connection..then it resumes back after the vdsl connected again..

mine usually 2-3 times disconnect for a few second everynight around 10pm-12am..but this time since 2 days ago every 2-3 minutes..cant even watch tv..and download...

alternative often involves forking out more money..except all uploaders start supporting other hosters..
or except...we can change the whole thing..like 'This changes everything' apple taglines..(change gov maybe, pressure the government not to ban...etc..)..then..why are we getting unifi in the first place if not for pirate downloading? hehe.. tongue.gif

the unifi technical came to my house yesterday to check my connection..the still couldn't figure out what the problem though..today they will come again to test..they said my line is great,..but every 2 minute and a half they connection down/stops..( no respond to their server) so they change the white vdsl to a new one(the black one that look like a router modem to me), but the connection still down after 2 and a half minutes.....sigh...maybe i should ask for a rebate?

Sounds like faulty DIR-615. The one in my parents house was DoA and they changed to a new one immediately. Even then I did not trust that router and been using my own. No problems since.

if the router faulty..the dsl shouldn be gone..because the vdsl is the one connecting to the tm..when they disconnect..all the light gone..dsl, internet and voip..

yours dc on wireless or dc on dsl line?

they called me just now enquiring bout my connection, they said my connection has been active for 8 hours. i said to them my problem is not on the router, it's the line(dsl) itself keep disconnecting every 2 and a half minutes. while its disconnecting the router light still green, bacause it treats the line maybe as time out only..after connedted, you can still see the ip address is the same( because the router is the one which connect to the internet, if you restart your router maybe you can get new ip address..)..but the dsl line is not stable..


ps: mine not that slow..its just when downloading from filehosting are slow..

mine they call just now again..the techical guy said he changed the port.. and sees my dsl connection ok..so he asked me to check whether if okay or not since im at the office..


ps: he also said that maxis and celcom will also use tm hardware for their own internet and iptv rolled out..(since on the btu got 3 more port) which he said maxis already check the hardware..maybe they will rollout soon..)..

mine okay already..yesterday they said they have change the port..but problem still persist..this morning around 7am..the dsl line totally gone..just now they came and said their hardware of 16 port fried..now they changed to a new one..then my connection haven't had any disconnection issues since..i really glad(that the hardware fried) if not who would know they got hardware problem?.

wait..they didnt sent technician to your house? because whenever theres problem, i called them and they sent their technician within 24 hours, last time my dsl line gone everyweek for 4 times, i called them, the next day they came..a few days ago experiencing disconnection every 2-3 minutes, they came the next day after i lodge complain the night before, turns out they had hardware problem inside the mdf room, u should request for technician to come..

mine happen like that just now.i turn it off because tm dns server does not responding so i change it to google dns..it took me almost 10 minute to get connection back...so i turned off both vdsl and router(unplugg)..and try a few times..and wait..saw in router log says connection terminated and it tries to reconnect many times..i just wait though..i usually dont turn off everything..just leave them idle most of the time..

phone and tv working but the internet is not working

im not sure about the number, but you should call their technical directly..if you call service, normally they will forward and email to technical.that will take time..when you call the technical,usually i need to wait around 6-10min for them to pick up.. state your problem fill a report and get report number(i usually dont wait for report number as they will send confirmation by sms and email).

the orange color on the router means no connection..if you dont touch any setting inside router maybe thats their problem...ask for technician..

u wait..then u call again then u call them again..thats damn expensive, just dont call them many times...at 30cent per minute, usually i will be on hold for around 6-8 minutes, and in another 5 minutes i explained to them,when they said will make a report, i hung up..i told them no need for me to wait as i will get ticket number by email and sms.
the next day..within 24 hours, they will call me again to confirm my availability for them to send technician at home...it around 15minutes only..

mine also like that.i stay in damansara perdana, i think ttdi exchange..i waited more than half and hour to get connection..today the internet often disconnect but other service working fine..

i think its not send email to technician, but to technical deprtment..if he said will send email that means you're calling to service department..of course the guy will only take your details, and then email that to technical...if lucky, they will reply you..
