Just made a request to update my Maybankard2 Statement Date.
It takes effect on the next billing cycle.

You need to select from a set of preset Statement Date.

If I swipe my mastercard at a restaurant, after a long time it doesn't reflect the transaction into my M2U, what should I do?

hey guys, quick question...

I wanna confirm this with you - according to maybank customer service, using Amex overseas will incur a 2.5% admin charge for conversion EXCEPT for USD.

Does this mean that if I purchase stuff online, and also on the apple app store with my Amex (in USD) it will not incur 2.5% charges?

I'd like to link my paypal and itunes account to my Amex if there's no 2.5% charge, but if there is, then screw it...

Thanks!

ok I called Amex hotline. there's a charge of 2.5% no matter what as long as it's not RM.

I want to link my Paypal to my Amex since I can pay for GSC via paypal, and earn 5x points... since that trasaction is in RM, there will be no charge right?

Another thing, the girl on MBB hotline told me that my MBB2 mastercard platinum is eligible for 2x TP for overseas transaction but I've seen some taikors here post that its only 1x... what gives?

funny how all these customer service people have different ideas and knowledge

It is widely known that CS in MBB is one of the worst. They do not even know their product range and ongoing promotions.

Eh...what are you talking about? It is 5x TPs for all transactions, regardless of when and where you swipe the cards. I guess you are confused with the 5% cash back on weekend.
