Hi guys .. just wanted to share a little info for those interested with this card and need it really quick like me ...

I've applied for this card (thanks to Gen-X's advice) at 1 Utama credit card centre (new wing ground floor) at 9pm yesterday. EXACTLY before it closes, I was the last guy with the ticket haha. And guess what? I got a call today at 3pm. I'm very surprised. All in all it took only like half day to approve and make the card. However this only applies if you're taking 1 AMEX and 1 MASTERCARD. If you choose VISA, you need to wait 3-5 WORKING days as the do not emboss VISA card at that centre.

Documents needed : IC, 2 months pay slip and 3 months bank statement. I didn't give any BE form or anything, I juz said I did my tax online and I don't have any form. They are okay with it.

So yeah ... 1U cc centre is the place to be if you need it QUICK
Another plus point is the counter girl is quite cute

but my amex infront 4 digit code is different

210 TP = RM1

Really? Didn't request replacement for AMEX before. Only Visa.

Was not aware rcube was ever 200TP=RM1

you are right, 210 = 1TP but they had a promotion like if you redeem RM100 you get RM10 voucher (not sure if promo still valid, lazy go check).

ended in may.
but extended till 30th june

This is exactly what I thought of. MBB says 200MR=RM1 but this only applicable for MR, not TP. So, the marketing promoting this M2Card using this calculation is just a marketing gimmick. However, this card is still the best for AMEX Gold and Platinum. Its benefits are still not as good as other Platinum cards, as far as I know.

I was in Tropicana City Mall this afternoon and saw Maybankard 2 Cards booth was there. I saw free gifts too, too bad I'm probably too poor for them to approach to. They didn't approach me so I didn't know which free gift is that.

you redeem at MJ? The 8000TP was a promotion 2 months back at MJ. It was discussed in one of the many threads here.

ya just last week redeemed at MJ, and at the maybank catalogue was also 9k TP for Rm50 now

Not worth as it's RM1 = 210 TreatsPoints.
