If I swipe my mastercard at a restaurant, after a long time it doesn't reflect the transaction into my M2U, what should I do?

QUOTE(xjeez @ Jun 15 2011, 09:01 AM) Just to update, I renewed my Auto Insurance using Etiqa phone on Saturday, but the actual transaction was only done on Monday (confirmed by the CS and transaction listing), so I don't think its possible to get the 5% Weekend Rebate for it As I know, Etiqa branches close on weekends. |

QUOTE(maniaci @ Jun 19 2011, 11:50 PM) guys.. need urs advise.. If you have Maybank savings account and your salary being banked in monthly by company, no payslip is required, cos Maybank can check your salary. i already work 1 years and last 3 month salary ( mean for last3 month my salary are 2.6k+ compare to 9 months with are below 2.5k+) so do i eligible to apply for maybankard 2 GOLD?? as the requirement is annual income RM 30k (2.5k permonth) how about BE form with official tax receipt?? do i need to provide it as when i do my income tax last april..my salary still below 2.5k and that time i only worked around 6-7 month..so total annual income in the form not even reach RM 30k.. any advise regarding this??? |

QUOTE(vin_ann @ Jun 21 2011, 01:51 PM) statement balance = outstanding balance, right? For example:its either minimum amount or statement amount to pay. if you apply for autopay, its will be auto deduct the full amount, unless you otherwise specific in your form. Statement date = 15 Jun Statement due date = 5 July (autopay date) Statement balance = RM1000 (spending before 15 Jun) Outstanding balance = RM1500 (spend something today) So it means the autopay will deduct RM1500 on 5 July? Or just deduct RM1000 and carry forward RM500 to the next billing? |

Yesterday, I received a phone call from this number 03-78491300.
They asked my permission to buy credit card insurance i think....RM90 per year, said can claim this and that... and they knew my name, and what card do I use now, they also asking for my IC and mailing address. They will use my credit card number to buy this service....they said Maybank asked them to call me. The caller is from 3PP, anyone heard that before??? |

QUOTE(mletee @ Jul 8 2011, 05:09 PM) Already asked Maybank, they said if the transaction is made, means no problem.I also checked with CPP, they said Maybank is one of their business partner. I also be informed that the transaction will be made in 7 working days, and my record will be updated in 3 working days. Below is the card protection company website, www.cppasia.com.my I definitely will cancel this service by next year. This post has been edited by sleepwalker_00: Jul 8 2011, 05:18 PM |

QUOTE(zenquix @ Jul 28 2011, 01:34 PM) thanks...I'm looking for August promotion btw, plan to have local trip on that month.Added on July 28, 2011, 2:03 pm QUOTE(ronnie @ Jul 28 2011, 01:38 PM) Sooka Sentral's Starbucks confirms the Buy 1, Free 1 ends on 31 August 2011. Until they get their CC terminal, just flash your AMEX for the Buy 1 Free 1. Too bad....At first I thought Maybank will extend the promotion after 31 Oct 2011, so disappointing! This post has been edited by sleepwalker_00: Jul 28 2011, 02:03 PM |
