unless you go to IRB request for paper form, else you can't submit so early since the e-filing system has not been activated for public use

claims full of ur book rebate, ur internet bills, buy insurance, donate to approve organization and makes more babies with ur wife.

go through the tax computation line by line, item by item...

nothing much compared to a business man.

Sport equipment too. You can ask what you can rebate from the shop itself, usually they can advise. smile.gif

I didn't buy much tax rebate-able items last year. D*mnit. sad.gif

For BE, an insurance plan can reliex tax up to RM12,000 (6,000 life + 3,000 medical + 3,000 retirement planning). If your tax bracket is let say 20%, you can save up to RM2400 per annum. If you still have 30 years left to work before you retire, the amount that you could have saved is a whopping huge number.

Furthermore, insurance plan can be tailored made in such a way that the cash value later let say 15 or 30 years later is higher than the total premium that you have saved into the plan, meaning you don't lose your money. At the same time, 30 years down the road if you look back, not only you get back your money, at the same time the insurance protection that you get is as if it is free since you get back your money.

PM me for details.

About housing interest loan which allow to claim RM10k per year for 3 consecutive years, is by yearly basis or actual monthly?

Example, I start claim my house loan interest on Sept 09, if is by yearly last year complete the 3 years. But is is by month, I should have 8 months more for 2012 to claim for this year Income Tax.

Any expert can clarify this? notworthy.gif

hi guys, i have a question :

if I am a sole prop and I hired a staff, for his EA form what I should fill in the "No. Majikan" (i think it starts with E) field in my staff's EA form?

FYI, my own tax no is OG xxxxxxxx. Do I have to request for another "majikan no" just for staff tax matters?

thanks for help
