I applied this morning via SCB online website for 1 platinum card,

Received SMS 1: Your card is qualified for Service Gurantee campaign

Received SMS 2: Confirm preliminary approval and proceed final approval.

A few days later will get another Final Approval, followed by Card Delivery in progress with a code (keep this SMS)

I received the same 2 smses yesterday and you should get another one with approved status b4 the end of today. For my case the card has already been approved and i can see the card in the SCB website reward page.
I think yours is the same case. Really efficient.

Their AF waiver via phone banking is terrible. I tried twice (each after 7 working days) and it didn't work.

The customer service said it did not capture my requests despite the system said I'm entitled for the waive.

I called customer service to waive it manually, they never do it. When I called the 2nd time, they said my request was never logged.

I wonder what type/level of customer service they're outsourcing nowadays.

1st RM200 was received on 03 Sept and GST deducted on 04 Sept

What's the cash back for gold card? I received 150RM and 50 was deducted for GST.. is there any more cash rebate?
