Question about annual fee waiver:
My accumulated points is only 11,000
but according to redeem rewards page, annual fee waiver needs 25,000 points for Gold card.

So, can i just call the phone banking customer care consultant to ask for annual fee waiver?

How long have you been holding this card? New card holders enjoy first 2 years annual fee waiver.
Just try calling up CS and request for the annual fee waiver. If I am not mistaken, there is a menu for Af waiver request at their line.

it is always by poslaju, have yet to see any by snail mail. Wait. i tink one of the internatinal bank is by snail mail.

I received 3 platinum cards through 3 snail mails as I applied it separately. But I received 3 gold cards through pos laju (applied all together).

Is the cashback Rm200 all in 1 card, all separate?

Please refer to the terms and condition, stated clearly.

Separate to each card, I.e. platinum get RM200, gold get RM150 once approved..

Btw, I had 1 question here.. For platinum cards, we will get 3x points for oversea spending (including foreign currency online transactions) right? Does this including Business Platinum card? Or just that normal platinum visa and mastercard entitled?

Yes, plat business gets 3x for overseas purchase too

+1. For platinum card SCB will send by snail mails if apply separately. It secure enough as SCB will send you the verification code via sms. For Pos Laju (gold card) then don't need at all

All my cards were delivered via pos laju (plat only) and (plat/gold together).

Received my cash back as dated
